Studied lute and basso continuo with Toyohiko Satoh (The Hague Royal Conservatory) and Anthony Bailes (Amsterdam Sweelinck Conservatory): degree in 1982; studied musicology (State University, Utrecht): degree in 1994.Specialized as a player in renaissance polyphony on lutes and vihuela de mano; basso continuo on theorbo and archlute. More than 20 years of experience in the field of teaching the lute to professionals and amateurs.
